Terms and Conditions for Latex Gear Rental

Welcome to EYEKNDY ! These Terms and Conditions govern your rental of our latex gear items for photoshoots, special events, or any other permitted use. By renting items from us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

  1. Eligibility
  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
  1. How to Rent
  • Select Rental Dates: Use the calendar icon (bottom left) on our website to choose your desired rental period.
  • Agree to Terms: Review and agree to these Terms before proceeding.
  • Checkout: Add items to your cart and complete the checkout process.
  1. Included in the Rental Fee
  • UPS 3-day shipping and a pre-paid return label.
  • Package insurance and signature confirmation for secure handling.
  • Cleaning products and instructions for item care during your rental. Note: Use only suggested compatible latex shine products to avoid damage.
  • For express shipping requests, please contact us directly.
  1. Rental Policy
  • The rental period begins on the day the item is delivered and lasts for 3-5 days.
  • Late returns will incur an additional charge of 10% of the rental price per day, up to a maximum of 5 total days.
  • If the item is not returned within 7 days, you will be charged the full retail price of the item, and ownership will transfer to you.
  • A refundable deposit, equal to 50% of the item’s retail value, is required. This deposit covers potential costs for extended rental periods, damages, loss of the item, or deciding to own the item.
  1. Fit and Sizing
  • Ensure you check your measurements and select the correct size before renting.
  • If the item does not fit, a partial refund will be issued excluding shipping costs, if the item is returned unlubed, unworn, and with tags attached.
  1. Cancellations
  • Cancellations are free if made within 24 hours of booking.
  • If the item has already been shipped, the full rental fee will be charged.
  1. Late Returns
  • Items must be returned by the end of the agreed rental period.
  • Late returns will incur a fee of 10% of the rental price per day, up to 5 total days.
  • Items not returned within 7 days will be considered lost, and you will be charged the full retail value of the item.
  1. Damage, Loss, or Theft
  • The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the rented items during the rental period.
  • If an item is returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear, a repair or replacement fee will be charged.
  • Lost or stolen items will incur a replacement fee equal to the full retail value of the item.
  1. Care Instructions
  • Latex items must be handled with care and cleaned only according to the instructions provided.
  • Avoid contact with oils, sharp objects, or extreme heat, which can damage the material.
  • Failure to follow care instructions resulting in damage will result in losing the deposit.
  1. Shipping and Returns
  • Items will be shipped to the address provided at checkout and must be returned using the prepaid label included.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging or a comparable protective package to avoid damage in transit.
  1. Prohibited Uses
  • Items are rented for photoshoots, special events, or approved uses only.
  • Sub-renting, resale, or unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.
  1. Liability
  • EYEKNDY is not responsible for any injury, allergic reaction, or other issues resulting from the use of rented items.
  • Renters assume all risks associated with the use of the items.
  1. Privacy and Data Usage
  • Personal information collected during the rental process will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  1. Changes to Terms
  • EYEKNDY reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
